How we work

New products and technologies need to be checked before they are used on a full production line. Trials carried out directly at the plant may tie up machines, material, utilities and the team's time. That is why TC Kolor offers the possibility of carrying out application trials in its own laboratory before the solution is sent into production.

Under laboratory conditions we can verify selected products, the method of applying them and the expected result at an earlier stage. This makes it possible to narrow down the number of solutions that need a later production test and to prepare the implementation parameters better. The trials do not replace the customer's process. They provide the practical knowledge needed for the next technological decision.

A test stage prepared in this way helps to reduce the number of costly trials on the line, shorten the route to the right solution and lower the risk of choosing a product at random. We discuss the results in the context of the customer's needs and further production conditions.

We use our laboratory facilities to evaluate products, application technologies and the results obtained on the material. Depending on the nature of the project, we support the preparation of trials, the comparison of variants and quality control at successive stages of work on the solution.

For us the laboratory is part of the advisory process. It combines knowledge of the products with observation of how they perform in practice and helps to put decisions in order before implementation. When a project requires further checking at the plant, we also take part in process trials and production trials, supporting the interpretation of the results and the selection of subsequent parameters.

As a result, the customer receives not only a product recommendation but also support in assessing whether a given solution meets the requirements of the material, the process and the expected end result.

Selecting the solution is the beginning, not the end, of the cooperation. We support customers as they transfer the assumptions from the laboratory to the production line, start up the technology and adjust the parameters to actual operating conditions. Where necessary, we take an active part in production trials and help to analyse the results obtained.

Optimising the production process may concern the method of application, equipment settings, the sequence of operations or the selection of products working in a given technological system. We focus on solutions that can be applied in a specific plant and on the repeatability of the process after implementation.

Regular contact with the customer makes it possible to respond even when material requirements, production parameters or available equipment change. As a result, the cooperation can cover both a single technological problem and the development of the process over the longer term.

Effective support for the textile industry requires not only technological knowledge but also the availability of the necessary products. TC Kolor has its own warehouse, which allows it to respond efficiently to customers' current needs and to reduce waiting times for order fulfilment.

We deliver products directly to the customer. Combining consultancy, laboratory trials, implementation support and warehouse facilities lets us guide the customer through the whole process, from identifying the need and choosing the product and technology, to delivering the solution and its use in production.

We work with plants in the areas of textile chemicals, textile machinery, laboratory equipment and application technology. The starting point is a specific production need and a solution matched to the working conditions.
