The specialist agents for water- and oil-repellent finishes in our range give materials protective properties by limiting the penetration of water, oils and other liquids into the fibre structure.
They are used in clothing and utility textiles as well as in technical materials, where the durability and functionality of the finish are important.
The solutions on offer include both fluorocarbon products (C6 chain-based) and PFAS-free agents that contain no fluorocarbons.
Fluorocarbon finishes are characterised by very high effectiveness in water and oil repellency, while fluorine-free technologies respond to growing environmental and regulatory requirements – hydrophobic finishes without the use of PFAS compounds.
